The new director of underwriting performance at Lloyd’s has a big challenge to fill the shoes of his predecessor, Rolf Tolle.

Tom Bolt’s appointment as director of underwriting performance last year was met with universal approval at Lloyd’s. Like his much lauded predecessor, Rolf Tolle, the 53 year old American is both well liked and well respected in the market.
