New organisational structure for PartnerRe

Bermudian reinsurer PartnerRe today announced organisational changes, following the acquisition of Paris Re. These include Paris Re’s chief executive officer leaving the company at the end of June.

Bermudian reinsurer PartnerRe today announced organisational changes, following the acquisition of Paris Re. These include Paris Re’s chief executive officer leaving the company at the end of June.

The company will maintain its existing three main operating units – PartnerRe North America, PartnerRe Global and PartnerRe Capital Markets – and no changes will be made to the company’s existing management team. But within that operating structure, the company will make the following adjustments.
